Terms & Conditions for Patron

  1. A parent is defined as a person who has parental responsibility, which is the rights, duties, powers, responsibilities and authority which by law a parent of a child has in relation to the child and the child’s property for, or one who cares for, a child or young person.
  2. You will be able to retrieve information on your child’s in-app activity.
  3. You will receive an email notification when your child has successfully booked a session.
  4. You are required to attend your child’s first session with the provider. Failure to do so will result in the session being terminated, and session credit utilised. 
  5. If you can’t attend the session with your child, please reschedule or cancel the session using your child’s account at least 24 hours before the session.
  6. After every session, the provider will email a summary of what was covered with your child.
  7. You will respect the confidentiality between the provider and your child, and will not demand information that your child did not consent to share. Please note that any information or concern related to your child’s safety and wellbeing will be shared to you in your child’s best interest.
