How does Intellect protect
our privacy?

  • We heavily prioritise high privacy and security standards that meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Our platform is developed with one thing in mind: to protect users’ security, privacy and safeguarding the information provided.
  • All sessions are delivered securely and are guaranteed to be confidential.

What is the minimum number of clients I have to see?

  • We don’t have a minimum requirement in terms of how many clients you should be seeing, however we ask you to allocate at least 5 hours per week availability.
  • This doesn’t mean all 5 hours will be booked, but gives your clients a few schedule choices.
  • You’ll have the chance to decide your time commitment with us before clients are matched to you

What if I encounter a problem with the clients?

  • We have a dedicated team you can reach out to should you have any questions or problems.
  • We will make sure that you are fully supported and engaged throughout your time with us.
  • We have efficient and supportive emergency and referral processes that can be activated when needed.
As part of onboarding with us, we will schedule a live-onboarding session where we will give you a detailed description of the
Standard Operating Procedures and Crisis management process.
