Mental Health First Aid™ :
Empower your team, improve mental health outcomes

Gain the powerful toolkit of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA™) to effectively recognise, respond, and support those facing mental health challenges in your workplaces and communities.

1 in 7 Singaporeans has experienced a mental health challenge

Lack of awareness about recognising, responding to, and accessing appropriate support for mental health problems is a significant issue.

Additionally, research highlights the importance of support from colleagues and social networks in improving mental health outcomes, as individuals are more likely to seek help when encouraged by someone close to them.

That’s where Mental Health First Aid comes in.

MHFA provides an evidence-based toolkit that empowers employees, managers, leaders, and individuals to take concrete steps in effectively supporting those with mental health problems. By obtaining MHFA training, you can foster a supportive culture, empower your team, and enhance mental health outcomes.

As the sole licensed provider of MHFA International in Singapore, we offer MHFA training — a vital resource for creating mentally healthy workplaces and communities.

Join us today in fostering a culture of care and improving mental health literacy within your organisations.

What is Mental Health
First Aid?

Mental Health First Aid is the initial help offered to individuals experiencing a mental health challenge. It is most effective when provided by someone within the person’s regular network.

Our MHFA course empowers you with the knowledge and skills to recognise changes in someone’s mental health and helps you confidently connect and respond to their needs. You’ll be equipped to guide the person towards appropriate professional help.

With our programme, you’ll cultivate a workplace environment that actively reduces stigma, enhances organisational resilience, and one that improves outcomes and help-seeking behaviours.
