Clinical Provider

Role Description
Support individuals through 1-on-1 telehealth sessions, helping clients navigate personal challenges, build coping skills, and improve their wellbeing. You’ll grow your clinical practice with specialised skills development, close clinical support, and flexible scheduling that empowers you to work the way you choose.

We’re seeking individuals who have:

  • A Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor license, with postgraduate training
  • Evidence-based therapy expertise (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI)
  • At least 300 clinical hours post-masters
  • Fluency in English and your local language is required
  • Experience with EAP or working adults is a plus

Trust & Safety Clinical Provider

Role Description
Provide trauma-informed support to clients with complex clinical needs, ensuring safe, ethical, and clinically-sound care across our platform. You’ll be part of a specialist network with access to Intellect’s world-class resources and direct guidance from our in-house Clinical Governance Board.

You must:

  • Hold a master’s degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
  • Have at least 3 years of clinical experience and 500+ supervised hours
  • Be skilled in trauma-focused modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, or somatic approaches
  • Proficiency in English and your local language is required
  • Openness to periodic supervision and onsite support are also required

Crisis Helpline Responder

Role Description
Deliver supportive, practical guidance to clients through telehealth coaching, empowering them to build resilience, navigate life challenges, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, comprehensive support, and access to ongoing skills training and community learning to grow your coaching practice.

We are seeking individuals who have:

  • Experience as mental-health-aligned practitioners or coaches with a passion for wellbeing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support individuals across diverse cultures and contexts
  • Fluency in English and your local language is essential
  • Prior coaching or wellbeing support experience is preferred

Behavioural Health Coach

Role Description
Guide your clients through 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions focused on their unique goals such as overcoming work stress, procrastination, work-life balance, and personal growth. This is a flexible freelance role where you can set your own schedule while supplementing your existing job or practice.

You must:

  • Be a certified coach or counselling-trained professional
  • Hold an active ICF certification or a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling
  • Have at least 200 coaching hours (for ICF Coaches) or 300 post-graduation clinical hours (for Counsellors)
  • Experience in evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT-informed coaching, Motivational Interviewing, DBT-informed skills, or SFBT) is required
  • Fluency in English and your local language is essential
  • Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or coaching managers is a plus

Our hiring process is designed to be as seamless as possible, keeping you informed at every stage. There are three main steps:

  • Interviews: 1–2 rounds with our hiring team and, if applicable, our clinical team.
  • Document verification: Submission of relevant documents, including educational certificates and active licenses.
  • Offer and onboarding: We’ll align on compensation, role scope, and responsibilities before finalising your contract.

Once selected, you’ll go through a structured onboarding process to set you up for success:

  • Credential verification & compliance checks: A final review to confirm the authenticity of your submitted documents.
  • Onboarding training: A walkthrough of the Intellect platform, including key features, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Platform access: You’ll receive full access to our provider platform and support channels to begin your journey with confidence.

You’ll have access to ongoing in-house training and upskilling programmes designed to strengthen your expertise and expand your practice, including:
