Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality support to all our clients in a timely manner. We discourage no-shows and late cancellations, as last-minute scheduling changes affect the quality of service that Intellect Providers can offer to our clients. 

  1. Rescheduling Virtual and In-Person Sessions
    • We highly recommend that you keep to your scheduled sessions as our Intellect Providers specifically allocate time for virtual and in-person sessions.
    • If you need to reschedule your virtual or in-person sessions, please do so at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled session through the Intellect platform.
  2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
    • Late cancellation refers to sessions (both virtual and in-person) cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session. 
    • No-show refers to missing a session (both virtual and in-person) without cancelling at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session. 
    • Credits will be deducted for late cancellations and no-shows. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. 

Note:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g.: technical issues, the provider cancels the session at the last minute or fails to turn up, etc…), please reach out to support@intellect.co
