Confidentiality Agreement

Providers bear a legal, ethical and professional responsibility to ensure that all details of your sessions and communications that occur during these clinical sessions will be kept private and confidential. 

Your company will only be informed that clinical session credits have been utilised, and no identifiable information will be disclosed.

Exceptions to Confidentiality Agreement:

  1. For clinical supervision: 
    With your written consent, the clinician may discuss your case with their clinical supervisor to provide you with the best possible support and care for your needs. 
  2. In case of serious harm: 
    Clinicians may break confidentiality if they assess there is a substantial risk of self-harm, harm to others, or property damage.
  3. Court subpoena: 
    The clinician will discuss this with you before breaking confidentiality.
