This resource directory aims to provide you with a quick reference of the resources available in the community.
Majority of those who suffer from a mental health condition had their first onset in their twenties. According to the Singapore Mental Health Study 2010, Major Depressive Disorder, Alcohol Abuse and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder were found to be the top three most common mental health conditions in Singapore. Mental health conditions are common but help is available.
