External speaker’s profile: Dr Stijn is a sleep researcher and psychologist working in Singapore. He has a PhD from Utrecht University, the Netherlands. He also holds degrees in Neuroscience and Industrial Psychology. Over the past 10 years he has studied the effects of sleep loss on performance and brain function. He has authored multiple publications on the topics of sleep, stress, and motivation.
