1. We may share necessary data with other Government agencies, so as to serve you in the most efficient and effective way unless such sharing is prohibited by law.
2. We will NOT share your Personal Data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
3. For your convenience, we may also show/display to you, data you had previously supplied to us or other Government agencies. This will speed up the transaction and save you the trouble of repeating previous submissions. Should the data be out-of-date, please supply us the latest data. Intellect’s handling of personal data is appended in the table below.
4. We will NOT share your Personal Data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
5. This site may contain links to non-Government sites whose data protection and privacy practices may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these other websites and encourage you to consult the privacy notices of those site.

Your Personal Data refers to any data which identifies you as an individual. This may include, but not limited to, your name, email addresses, date of birth, and gender.

– When you register or submit forms for or use any of Intellect’s services such as (but not limited) coaching, learning paths, rescue sessions, journals;

– When you interact with our customer service officers; or

– When you provide feedback and request that we contact you.
