With a background in Organisational Psychology, Alicia leads the team in spearheading the development of our wellbeing programs and crafting solutions that empower organisations to elevate workplace wellbeing, productivity, and community impact.
Her experience spans a diverse clientele across diverse industries and markets globally, where she interweaves principles of Organisational Development, change management, and cultural transformation in her work with organisations.

Paul is Chief Commercial Officer for Aon’s wealth business in APAC. He is also the Head of Financial Wellbeing in APAC.
In his Financial Wellbeing role, Paul has established a series of programs for employees of Aon’s clients globally. These programs are based on money behaviour and incremental habit change.
Paul is a published author of three books relating to money behaviour including
the 2019 best seller Spenditude – a life changing attitude to money. This book is translated into English, Thai and Vietnamese.
Paul’s career has been varied in Financial Services. He was Head of St. George Private Bank, a Director at Deloitte and has had ten years in Aon Consulting to multinationals around topics including employee engagement, wellbeing and DEI.
He is also a sought-after presenter and thought leader.
Prior to Endowus, Dominic was the Head of Strategy and Business Development in Asia-Pacific at Rayliant Global Advisors, a quantitative asset manager. In this role, he was leading the firm’s institutional business development efforts in the APAC region and had set up Raliant’s Strategy function, even successfully closing one of their fundraising rounds.
