The Problem

With the growing emphasis on mental wellbeing and companies adopting traditional Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), particularly in the post-COVID landscape, MSIG Singapore wanted to provide a more proactive and localised support for its employees.

The Solution

Intellect’s continuous mental wellbeing support across all stages—whether employees are thriving, moderately stressed, or in need of deeper and urgent care appealed to MSIG Singapore, as it ensured that wellbeing resources were accessible to all employees, promoting both proactive mental health care and reactive intervention.

Results

After a year:

  • 76% adoption rate of the Intellect app
  • 6,511 self-guided sessions completed
  • 4 out of 5 satisfaction rating of coaching
