Read The Case Study

We have a high level of engagement mostly because the leaders try it themselves and share very candid feedback on how Intellect has helped. From there, it really triggered a virtuous cycle where people led by example. When the feedback is good, it would spread within the organisation.
-Willis Wee / CEO & Founder of Tech in Asia

The Problem

Prior to Intellect, Tech in Asia relied heavily on their managers to check in on the mental wellbeing of employees. CEO Willis Wee saw the need for a more scalable and holistic mental wellness solution with clinical expertise that employees could rely on for support and personal development.

The Solution

Intellect provided an end-to-end mental wellbeing solution that saw record levels of employee engagement. Employees received full access to the self-care app for guided stress-relief and skill-building programs. Additionally, they could engage with certified behavioural health coaches for 1:1 coaching sessions via the app.

Results

In the span of 8 months,
  • 75% of employees adopted and actively utilized the Intellect app
  • 55% of active users engaged with a behavioural coach
  • 87.5% increase in monthly average coaching sessions per user
